Nothing on sundamere.com is for sale. This site is the studio: what it makes, how to write to it, and the notices on these pages.

When a game is published, you buy it on that game's own site. Before you pay, that site states the price in pounds, what you receive, and the trader. The trader is the individual named in the footer of this page: Sundamere, Unit 3233, PO Box 7168, Poole BH15 7ET, United Kingdom, [email protected]. The name on the card statement is Sundamere.

Digital content sold to a consumer in the United Kingdom has to be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for a particular purpose the seller was told about. Those duties belong to the sale, on the game's own site. This page does not take them away.

English law applies to this studio site.
